1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the emas444 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by emas444 ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3 Member Account

Each member is fully responsible for the security and all activities that occur within their account. emas444 recommends the following security measures to protect your account.

• Each member is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts may result in the cancellation of all such accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• You must notify emas444 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in the case of a demonstrable technical failure.

• Money laundering and suspicious financial activities are strictly prohibited. emas444 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Members suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, or system exploitation will be suspended pending investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Emas444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account for reasons stated in these Terms or at emas444's discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform.

• Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed if a member violates any provision of these Terms.
• In cases of suspension due to fraud or serious violations, all funds in the account concerned may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the emas444 support team. Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be refunded in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
• Emas444 will provide written notice within 7 business days if a decision is made to close an account, except in emergency cases requiring immediate action.

9 Responsible Gaming
